There is a huge gap in the number of practising medical doctors and dentists in the UK. To fill this gap, College of Medicine and Dentistry (COMD) Masters programmes help qualified dentists doctors to come to the UK and be able to practise medicine legally.

Established in 2013 and evolved in 2018, the College is the first independent postgraduate education provider offering a wide range of qualifications from MSc to PhD and Professional Diploma level for dentists and healthcare professionals in collaboration with Ulster University.

The **MSc in Advanced General Dental Practice **not only delivers the knowledge and skills required for the ORE and LDS examinations, but also graduates the students with a Level 7 University degree at Master’s level. Upon completion of the MSc programme, international students are able to extend their stay in the UK on a two-year work visa

The MSc in Advanced General Medical Practice has been designed to support international medical doctors who wish to gain a Master of Science postgraduate qualification and work in the UK. It aims to develop your confidence and skills needed to pass the GMC licensing exams (currently PLAB, but UKMLA from 2024), as well as provide a clear pathway to gain employment in the UK and practise medicine legally.
